“This paper analyzes the loss composition of the inverter, compares the performance of the fourth generation IGBT and the seventh generation IGBT through thermal simulation, and finally verifies the conclusion through experiments. Under the same working conditions, the loss and junction temperature of IGBT7 are significantly lower than those of IGBT4, so that the volume of the inverter can b...
On May 27, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology formulated the Action Plan for Promoting the Electrification of Vehicles in the Public Sector, which is currently being vigorously promoted. According to relevant plans, by 2035, my country’s public sector vehicles will be fully electrified, and fuel cell vehicles will be commercialized. To this end, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is preparing to further promote electrification in buses, urban logistics vehicles, and sanitation sweepers.
It is understood that the competent authorities will start the application of pilot cities for comprehensive electrification, and will work with the Ministry of Finance and other relevant departments to study award and subsidy support policies to effectively drive private consumption with electrification in the public sector.
In fact, many cities in China are actively promoting the electrification of buses and sanitation sweepers, and have achieved good results. As early as 2019, Shanghai announced that all new buses will use new energy vehicles. In addition, Jinan, Chongqing, Changchun, Hefei, Haikou and other places are actively promoting the use of new energy buses. As of May this year, Hefei’s new energy buses accounted for 93.9% of the city’s total.
Not only that, the competent authorities will also start the application of pilot cities for full electrification, and will work with the Ministry of Finance and other relevant departments to study award and subsidy support policies to effectively drive private consumption with electrification in the public sector. In September 2020, Chongqing issued the “Notice on Incentive Measures for the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles in Chongqing (2020)”, proposing that “if road traffic restrictions are implemented under road traffic construction or other conditions, new energy vehicles enjoy the same rights as buses. The convenience of transportation”, which has played an active role in promoting the development of local new energy vehicles.
According to estimates by experts, the number of domestic heavy trucks has exceeded 8.5 million, and the number of construction machinery has exceeded 8 million. If these are all electrified, carbon dioxide emissions can be reduced by 900 million tons per year, accounting for nearly 9% of the country’s carbon dioxide emissions.
